"We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore."
