"Einfach eine grandiose Unterkunft. Super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist echt hilfbereit. Das Frühstück und alle anderen Speisen waren richtig lecker. Uns hat vor allem der nachhaltige Aspekt gefallen.
Dienlage ist rihig, aber man ist in 5 Minuten im Zentrum.

"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

Por lo que me parece que Hoteles.com debe investigar más a sus clientes y no promocionar hoteles poco serios."
