"I only stayed one night, but my room appeared old, tired, and in need of renovation.
Staff were helpful and breakfast was okay.
I didnt get chance to try other facilities.
I would say its quite expensive for the quality of the room."
"Kamer ruim en schoon. Ramen kunnen open.
Bed prima.
Ontbijt goed, maar bijv geen komkommer of tomaatschijfjes.
Ontbijtruimte bij drukte krap.
Personeel spreekt engels iha.
Locatie is uitstekend."
"Excellent 2 night stay in this hotel i upgraded to comfort room fridge and kettle. Room was on the front very littke noise and the bed was soooo comfy. My only little moan was the kettle was a modern water boiler and we didn't seem to manage to get a hot drink. Would definately stay again right near railway station"
"De kamers waren schoon en nieuw. De nieuwen bedden waren erg goed. De kamers waren erg warm. De airco koelt niet. Personeel is onvriendelijk en bazig. Ga voorsl niet naar fondue restaurant. Wat een oplichting. Je krijgt heel weinig vlees en elke extra portie is 25 euro extra. Wordt niet gezegd en staat niet op de kaart. Grote bek als je er wat van zegt"
"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash!
That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
"Excellent location with nearby restaurants and in walking distance from the historic city hall (Rathaus) and the Aachen Cathedral UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lovely clean and quiet streets."
