"We were able to check in early (not in peak season). The front desk lady is super nice and helpful."

"Room was nice and the view was outstanding! Bed was a little uncomfortable but I still slept well. Parking was too expensive!!"

"Our room was not Hilton quality but was a great value. We had trouble locating the office when arriving, following the given directions. We also had trouble finding our room. The room was clean but stains on the chair and bedframe were visible. And the decrative bed pillows had seen better days. The vessel sink in the bathroom was too tall for the vanity making it hard to wash our faces. But it was perfect for our short stay especially for the price. My daughter absolutely loved the swimming...

"Lots of construction going on around the hotel ( road and pier) not too noisy."

"Liked off season rate; TV channels were challenging & missed body lotion for guests"

"I've stayed at this hotel twice this year and both times it was pleasant. It's in a great location, has a nice gym, good breakfast options (included boiled/scrambled eggs and sausage links for hot protein), and relatively quick check-in/easy check-out. "Amazing staff"

"Room was clean and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Stagff was excellent and friendly."

"ill recommend the stay 👌.."

"Clean room and balcony view"

"We just did a one night passing through. The apartment was a good size with all facilities. Nice sea view. Not really our kind of place but I’m sure for young families was great. Just a small niggle. Pillows were to high and the bed too soft."

"Upon booking we were not informed that renovations were going on at the indoor pool so we were left with a sad toddler. We were told we could use the sister properties but for the hassle it was not lt worth it. When trying to shower there was no hot water, which was remedied after I called but we had a foul smell in the room when water was running. All in all the room was okay but seemed that it had not been maintained in some time seeing as how there was a plant growing from the garbage...

"Was there for a six night stay in early November. Policy on housekeeping was every fourth day for full maid service and every other day was towel exchange. The carpet in room was filthy. As was the tile floor bathroom and entry. The maid parked her mopping bucket outside my room throughout the day. The water in the bucket was dark gray. Room was very small. Don't use the pools but want to use hot tub, but was at room temperature. Was placed in a room that was in fact Ocean front, but only on...
