"Am Nachmittag des Ankunftstags, versuchte ich anzurufen, um Bescheid zu sagen, dass wir spät ankommen. Leider war niemand erreichbar. Dann habe ich im Internet herausgefunden, dass das Hotel zu war. Weder vom Hotel noch von Expedia wurde ich informiert und ich habe 2 Stunden am Telefon gebraucht, bevor ich eine Antwort von Expedia bekam. Dann habe ich selber ein Ersatzhotel gesucht!!
