"The location is good, easy to walk around the area. Front desk staff were good and helpful. Our room was very very dark and the only window looked into some very dense bushes. Our biggest issue was that there is a small secured parking area and we used it, but upon trying to leave early in the morning to catch our flight, someone allowed vehicles to be double parked, and we could not leave. Security said that there should not have been double parking and blocking us and 3 other vehicles in was...

"Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....
