"You get what you pay for. The bathroom in the room I got was literally unreal in the worst way. The sheets were dirty. The room was unkept. It literally felt like touching anything in the room would get me dirty. I slept on top of the sheets because that felt like the safer option. Literally the worse room I’ve ever stayed in in my life."
"Check in not smooth at all.
When to the room door cannot open room card issues.
Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help"
"Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area."
"The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. "
"Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out.
Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all. Water tap in the kitchen area seem to turn on itself. Aircon is working fine.
Room, 15th floor wifi on and off. Aircon is noisy, seems that have nit been service for awhile.
Overall, average for the price i paid. Believe hotel would be more worth it."
"1)No mirror in the room except on the toilet
2)toilet amenities not enough
3)poor flow of water towards the drainage resulting slippery floor & “ stagnant “ water
4)ordered items arrived much earlier but reception staff failed to inform us, resulted in us wasting time waited anxiously & thought supplier “ scam” us ."
