"We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the centre, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.
I find it weird to have 2 single beds put together to create a larger bed as you tend to slip down between the 2 mattresses, other than that the room was nice, tidy and good enough to have a good night sleep. We’d definitely stay at Alpina again"
"Schönes modernes & sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut & Zentral in Velden. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut!
Service beim Frühstück und Rezeption - alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Parkplatz in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage (20€ pro Nacht Ende September).
Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!"

"Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the lake that’s about 5 minutes away. Beautiful Mountain View. Definitely worth it super close to the town of Villach. We be back for sure!"
"Exceptional food! Truly one of the best tasting menus I’ve experienced among Michelin‑starred restaurants.
Clean nice room and also very nice and peaceful location."
"Very nice and helpful staff! The breakfast area is beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent.
The apartment badly needs renovation. There is traffic noise from the adjacent street.
However, the nearby lake with free access and the welcoming atmosphere make up for the shortcomings."
"Fabulous stay
The room was great, lovely style, large and roomy and immaculate.
Breakfast was excellent; great variety of choices.
Staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommend."
