"My stay was perfect until a female staff member charged me $50 when leaving because it was an hour over checkout was 12 noon. I had asked a male staff member the prior night before going to bed what would be the latest I could leave without being charged and he told me 1pm. I tried to explain this and the female staff was rude and didn’t listen. I have traveled to many countries/hotels and have never been charged $50 (euro) extra for one hour. Very disappointed!!!"
"The best I’ve stayed in a long time. The place was so full of characters and spacious. The staff were all amazing. It was so good I was sad to leave. Will come back w friends . Also the breakfast was perfect."
"Nice room within a stones throw of the waterfront. Easy to access and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. However when we stayed there in early October the streets and cafes were chaotically bustling with tourists. In contrast, the Oca Flores a few blocks uphill is in a quieter area and better suited for people in our cohort (ages 55-70)."
"Great location in the heart of everything close to river, old town and iconic bridge. Cute cafe with great coffee and friendly staff, no lifts so be mindful if your luggage is heavy."

Highly recommend going to restaurant just next door, but reservations are recommended (we were lucky to get table when they opened at 1230 on a Monday). Gave staff a 4/5 since the young man who checked us in was great, but the female desk staff were so-so. They were helpful, but not the friendliest. We would definitely stay here again."
"Stanza accogliente con gentile omaggio di una piccola bottiglia di vino. Non piacevole il rumore dei passi che proviene dagli inquilini del piano superiore."
"Porto was amazing and the balcony view was chefs kiss! On the left side we weren’t able to open both doors fully as it seems that the right door was broken. But on the right side our balcony door was able to open to a beautiful view of the street way outside. It truly gave the Porto vibe and it was great! Other than that the stay had everything we needed and the staff were very helpful and vocal on directions. Wanted to give a heads up that the septic tank does have a smell to it in the...
"Oh my goodness. This apartment was honestly the most lovely spot I've ever stayed while on vacation. Beautiful space in a wonderful location. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Porto. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. 10/10"
