"Very unhelpful and unpleasant front desk staff throughout our stay. Room was poorly equipped, safe was broken, sliding balcony doors did not close properly, no fridge or basic room amenities. Overall very disappointing stay. Only positives were the cleaning staff and the breakfast buffet staff (both of which could provide some training to the front desk and evening restaurant staff on customer service)."

The restaurant and dinner buffet had very low quality food for fairly high prices. Much nicer restaurant are all around the hotel with good food and good services.
