"Location was very close to highway and entrance ramp. Window did not reduce traffic noise from trucks, cars and motor cycles. I switched rooms at move in to try the opposite side a up to the 3rd floor. No better. I had trouble falling to sleep because of the traffic noise. Woke at 3 AM, and could not get back to sleep due to the constant traffic noise. Breakfast scrambled eggs were slightly warm and poor. Cereal soul have been a better choice. I would never stay here again"

"The staff during our 3 day stay was very helpful. The building inside including the rooms needs serious remodeling. The hallways, elevator, bathroom in our room and the general room had significant aging signs."

Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

"DIRTY! This unit was dirty in many different areas, like several dead bugs in the corners, dried food in the stove and the refrigerator had a spoiled odor. Also the unit had a stale odor to it. Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive."
