"Perfect location for 2 families of 4. Bus stop for Winter Park is right across the street and WAY easier than trying to park at the resort. Just note, there's a hot tub in the pictures, but no mention of it anywhere when you get there. We would definitely stay again. "

"Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. "

"Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
