"Property is well located and staff was really helpful. If going in a rental, make sure you call ahead of time to register the car with the city and have a parking spot in one of the nearby garages. Parking is definitely scarce in Ortigia.

"I stayed in Badiula for a week and had such an amazing experience. The room we had was like a condo with 2 floors for 4 people. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was spacious. The pools were amazing. I also got massages done and they were great. Shoutout to wait staff and reception because they were so welcoming. Food at restaurant was great."

"Hotel is dated as should be expected being in the old city. Location is conveniently located to sites, restaurants, and shopping, The street entrance is on a narrow side street which does allow auto traffic, so you will need pull luggage @ 50 ft. from main street. But it is very secure, safe and quiet with a nice breakfast buffet."
