"Das Zimmer und die Umgebung, war sehr schmutzig, man muss betteln für eine neue Rolle Toillenpapier.Die Frau an der Rezeption, (mit rot gefärbten Haaren)sehr unfreundlich,egal was man gefragt hat ,hatte nie eine richtige Antwort bekommen bekommen. Die Umgebung ist veraltet .Das essen war gut und genügend Auswahl. Der Strand war wunderschon ,sauber und das Meer ,sehr klar ."

The toiletries are skimpy (the shampoo and soap are good, but the toilet paper is low-quality, and the towels are fairly rough), and the hot water is not quite hot enough. "A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors.
