"Everything was excellent!"

"Terrible customer service, they didn’t explain anything about the staying or papers to sign, I pay online for a king bed room they give a 2 bed room, I left one day before they just told me to leave the room card in the desk and they didn’t explain anything about refund or no refund, another customer was complaining about having no cameras outside, somebody stole a car from the front hotel parking lot. A lot of noises during the night coming from outside. No safety at all."

"The Drury Plaza hotel is outstanding and the staff is excellent. They treat people like human beings."

"Nice Room"

"It was a clean facility and friendly staff. But our room connected to the boiler room and there were constant noises and bangs from there. Lighting is terrible in the rooms. Only 3 sources of light and all are dim."

"$23.00 parking charge was not disclosed online when I was booking room. Parking garage was the worst condition of any I have ever been in. Check in Clerk forced me to learn how to phone scan a Bar Cod to pay for parking to a third party company of scam crooks. I took about five phone calls to India to get instruction ion a language I could not understand. Paying for parking took one hour standing at the front desk. Clerk would not take CC or Cash to pay for parking."
