"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."

"Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como"

"Hotel is clean and close to main attractions except breakfast was very poor one ! Like no options, fruits are not fresh at all, one of the fruit was rotten and they did not even bother to remove it ! The next day it was still there. The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy ! I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone cause you should be there to...

"Great location and nice room. Breakfast was not included."

"Very disappointing when we arrived the pool was closed on a Monday and so is the hotel restaurant no other option’s given had to ask where nearby we could eat, we would never have stayed if this was made aware to us beforehand"

"I definitely made the right choice staying at this hotel. It was convenient and close to everything - it was a short walk to the lake and ferry services, and the main downtown area. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance to visit the area again."

"Proximité du port et des restaurants. Bon petit déjeuner. Manque de confiance de la personne à l’accueil, exige carte d’identité et passeport alors que le passeport n’est pas obligatoire dans l’Union européenne."
