"Been here several times and it's always wonderful. On the surface, it's a nicely appointed motor lodge or cabin, but it's the whole situation that makes it incredibly special. Big Meadows sits on the edge of a mountain, with a view into the Shenandoah Valley. "Breakfast was a little pricey. The room we had did not have a mini fridge or microwave, which I should have noticed prior to booking. So that’s on me. Area is beautiful and the staff are nice and helpful. I will be back with my kids so they can enjoy it too. "
