On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher. Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé. J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "
