"Always an English-speaker at the reception desk. They are very helpful, gracious and respectful. The room was clean and the sofa bed was made up before check-in so we were able to rest quickly after a long travel day. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. You can earn drink coupons by conserving your towels. The breakfast buffet had good variety and tasted good. Very close to bus and tram stops."

"I rarely write a review but I think this hotel experience categorically does not deserve a rating of over 8, given that our room: - was next to a public alleyway, meaning the curtains had to be closed the whole time, allowing for no natural light - had no door between the bedroom and toilet, with a short distance between the two, absolutely zero privacy I imagine we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel, but regardless this is completely subpar quality for the experience expected!"
