"Stayed here for 3 nights while in Florence. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo so for us was perfect. While the hotel is a little dated it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was at the opposite side of the hotel to the tram lines but we could still hear the rumblings as trams passed. This didn’t affect us or our sleep. "Pros are it's a good price for the area, and a nice area, with grest reception staff. The cleaning was just really bad. The inside of the fridge was gross and needed cleaning badly, the mug was never cleaned the whole time I was there, the toothbrush holder was really dirty, and they have a problem with mosquitoes in the room even with the windows closed. They just need to up their game with the cleaning and then this would be perfect for the price."
