"The entire place is super run down. The staff said it was remodeled to a margaritaville in 2019 but it is dirty and old and smells like a wet dog. The parking situation is a nightmare. The whole place is up and down hills and no place to park to unload your bags. They have all these fast golf carts driven by kids zooming everywhere. Once we got to the room after parking half a mile away the room smelled so bad. It smelled like mold, wet dog and smoking. The floor was separating from the walls...

"The company that does the booking is called Evolve. This company is difficult to reach, to communicate with and we were unhappy with the lack of understanding we received. The owner contacted us a few times with basic information. The home is in a pod of homes and you can look into other homes windows. The house was clean and bed was fine. Parking was ok but you will get towed if you park on a gravel area closest to the house. It’s not a special place in any way. I wouldn’t be drawn to...
