"Staff had excellent customer service. The housekeepers were always willing to help get extra towels or toiletries if needed without fuss or attitude. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the pool heater was broken the 5 days we stayed. We did lose our deposit due to unfortunate circumstances with my teenage daughter being on her period and messing up some towels and sheet but luckily they didn’t charge extra for that although i could have bleached the stains out but that’s okay...
