"Front deskwas professional and helpful. Hotel is very clean. Room with bathroom was tiny (no closet and not enough space for our two small suitcases; we were tripping over our belongings) but adequate — not a place you want to spend time or hang out, but adequate for sleeping, toileting and bathing. Breakfast was expensive compared to coffee bars (cafeterias) in the area; we opted to leave the hotel to eat."

"Nice hotel in a nice location. I have stayed there several times during the course of many years. The interior is becoming dated, and could use refurbishing. Also the lady at the front desk was not very accommodating. Would not allow anyone to check in before 2 pm. I am sure some rooms were ready before the official check in time."

"Casafuerte is all about the ambiance, friendliness, & top notch service. Breakfast was over the top & plentiful & our 2 dinners in the restaurant were outstanding. Sea Bass for two, asparagus stuffed with pickled quail….two menu items you must try but all is great. We were treated to taste the families own wine, a blend of 90% Tempranillo & 10% Viura & it was delicious…Daniel is quite passionate about the family “hobby”. Zarraton is a sleepy village but not far to travel through rolling hills...
