"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...

"Hotel très austère (très sombre, bordélique...)
Après pas mal d'attente, l'accueil est glacial!
Je traverse le restaurant lumière éteinte, pas de personnel ni client (bref je pars manger en ville) alors qu'il est ouvert depuis trente minutes
Salle de petit dejeuner : lumière éteinte, buffet misérable avec juste quelques baguettes (je repars de nouveau pour manger à l'exterieur)
Accès entre l'accueil et les chambres fermés le soir m'obligeant le matin a passer par l'exterieur pour le dejeuner......
