The room that we were initially provided at a very strong smell of smoking cigarettes, we asked our room to be changed and got a room change ithout a tv set of gich was not operational for the 3 days I stayed there citing absolutely absurd reasons . Breakfast was supposed to be ready by 8.30 and never was ready before 9 am. Absolutely disappointing."

"There’s not even the one thing I can say bad about this hotel. From check-in to room quality cleanliness everything was perfect. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the staff serving the breakfast was courteous, professional, and very friendly. I would definitely want to come back to this hotel at the next opportunity."

"Small basic room. Even though I paid for an executive room. No shampoo or soap or hand towels in a tiny bathroom. No darkness to sleep in. Too much light coming from a:single layer curtain. Bed was ok. Location was ok. Staff tried to cooperate but had no resources to help with. Staff was fighting with drunk people trying to enter the property. It is a 1 or 2 star guesthouse type of property. Not a 3.5 star hotel as advertised on Orbitz. They must do due diligence before listing properties...
