"Not the cleanest, but more than decent for the price. Perfect for our 1 night stay to go to a concert at the LA Club across the street. Location wise, no complaints. In the middle of all that Destin has to offer. Close to public beach access, although parking was not like it was 5, 10 years ago. Scarce and expensive. Close to varying food options, even walkable. Breakfast was as expected at these types of hotels, although pretty bare. I was disappointed they did not have a pancake machine, or...

"Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain."
