"Site impeccablement propre et personnel très arrangeant. Seul tout petit bémol (un détail...), il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres, ce qui est dommage étant donné la région propice aux fortes chaleurs; mais en demandant à la réception, ils peuvent s'arranger pour conserver certains éléments au frais."
"We had a bad experience with bed bugs; the sheets on the bed had not been changed before our arrival; the toilet seat was not attached and the shower soap dispenser was empty. When we reported the bed bugs to reception they immediately blocked the room for future bookings and contacted a pest control specialist. Housekeeping is clearly an issue."
"I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in."
"If you are only spending the night, it should be enough, but the hotel needs a lot of maintaining and has very little amenities. Would not stay there again."
"I booked this room specifically for the A.C in the room. It worked fine the first night but broke the second and I had to open the window. It’s near a major road ao it was very noisy. Other than that, it’s very clean, and the staff is very friendly."
"Accueil très aimable et très souriant, petit déjeuner très agréable dans une grande salle très calme donnant sur un petit jardin intérieur. Parking extrêmement pratique.
Excellent positionnement pour visiter Albi"
"The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!"

"This favourite for food along the National Road between Toulouse and Castres offers simple Logis branded accommodation. Clean well maintained swimming pool. Managed by a very efficient team ."
