"Dirty hotel. In need of upkeep. Carpets dirty. Very little in the way of amenities. Very basic breakfast."

"staff very friendly place is spotless"

"Absolute gem of a location. Room was the most functional we've encountered in the UK in years...water was hot quickly and didn't vary, bed was perfect and the view was amazing (picture frame of the bridges over the Forth). Staff was also very attentive, friendly and keen to help at every turn. To round off this stay, the breakfasts and dinners were also first rate! Highly recommend the Orroco."

TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...
