Ontbijt was minimaal."
"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful."
"Hotel carino ben tenuto camere pulite.
