"The staff from the front desk to the bellboys especially Cedric and those at breakfast and at the bake shop/cafe were polite, all ears, and efficient. All my needs were addressed.
Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked. AC provided comfort.
Breakfast was worth waking up to."
"Extremely friendly staff and attentive staff, beautifully maintained premises, fantastic food & be beverage menu, comfortable bedding, gorgeous views, and infinity pool! If I would recommend adding outdoor soft speakers & some tiki torches. We loved the stay & will return! Thank you lovely STAFF!"
"Clean room, but crowded area and parking was tough all the time. The staff are amazing though and we love that it is very quiet inside the facility itself. No buzzing cars and away from the busy main highway. Thank you Solano."
"Beautiful Property, But Poorly Maintained
The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed.
I booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, both rooms had mold issues and were not properly maintained. One of the rooms had a broken bathroom door, while both bathrooms...
"The bathroom in our room smells bad. We did not have electricity in the room for several hours. Food is limited to breakfast only which is a pre-order.
Their actual event place is beautiful though. Only the hotel needs improvement such as adding mirror and hair dryer in the room."
"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects.
Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted.
Unfortunately, I would not...
"The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were no hidden unexpected charges. Full use of pools and property for hotel guests. I will definately visit again"
"The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area."
