"I stayed at the new Annex so everything is nice and Zen. There are no toiletries so please take note. It is really just opposite of Neuchatel station separated by a small road. "We were only staying overnight as we travelled to family in Switzerland. The hotel is well appointed, self parking available and a beautiful view. The complimentary water in the fridge was appreciated. Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff were all very helpful and efficient"
