Great staff of welcoming and kind people. Clean, quiet and friendly facilities. We really couldn't ask for more.

Great clean, safe property in the U Rochester vicinity. Rooms are newly renovated. Would stay again.

I recently booked a suite for my daughter's 13th birthday sleepover and we had an amazing time. Shout out to Marsha at the front desk she was amazing and really made us feel welcome and at home. This hotel is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was great!! Really an unforgetable experience. Thanks again to the residence Inn by Marriott staff!! You rock!!

Great experience

Probably the best hotel around university of Rochester! Great dining options! Very clean rooms and pleasant staff!

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The hotel room was clean, very spacious and modern. The shower has great water pressure and two shower heads. Breakfast in the morning was great. We were happy with everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

I will stay here every time I am in Rochester

A beautiful building with tons of nice touches, some great history, and wonderful service. We’d definitely come again.

I love staying there. So close to everything especially the mall. I can walk to my favorite restaurant and the staff is friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is good as well. Unfortunately my daughter is graduating and I won't have many if any opportunities to stay there. They have served me well for 4 years. I have no complaints.

Friendly staff, nice room and amenities minus heater in pool not working properly, decent breakfast, overall very pleasant experience and we’d come back : )

Lovely staff, clean and safe!

I really like that check out time was noon and breakfast was great!!

Convenient location, near lots of food options and shopping plazas. Very pet friendly. They were so welcoming to both my family and our dog. Always gave her treats and lots of love when we brought her down to the lobby.

I had a surgery and I was very happy to make this hotel a choice. My only inconvenience was the location of the sink and the absence of a coffee maker and microwave in the room. In the end it worked out because I was granted a microwave in the room. I’m very happy about my stay and will be back. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a very convenient location to food and many stores. Thank You Thank you.

Great place to stay

Quiet, comfortable, felt like home. We enjoyed the breakfast and the location.
