"Best words to describe the hotel are tired and shabby. So many things need attention, just needs re-investment to bring it up to standard. The staff were good, esoecualky the waiter who served us drinks and dinner."
"We booked a Standard Double Room, 1 Double Bed with Sofa bed. The room was a unique version of that, set out on its own peninsula within the building, with no neighbouring rooms, and far from the elevator. Very quiet, and a very comfortable bed. Wi-fi not as quick as other Accor properties, but adequate for needs. Parking entrance is opposite side of the building from the lobby entrance, ad has a very narrow opening and a tight curved ramp down under the building. Tons of space once down...
"The hotel was pleasant and ideally located, making it a convenient base for our stay. However, the rooms were quite small, and we felt that the number of towels provided was insufficient.
The lady on reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff when we checked out seemed rather uninterested and disengaged, which was disappointing and they looked like we had just woke them up.
The reception area could also benefit from some attention,...
"Clean but tired. No restaurant on site but only 10 minutes walk to a variety of mostly fast food outlets.
Breakfast - need a quicker coffee machine, or invest in another one!!"
"Accueil chaleureux, personnel très aimable. Une Chambre bien équipée, avec une terrasse privée donnant sur la Vienne.
Le petit déjeuner continental proposé est excellent, servi dans une salle aménagée avec goût et un beau panorama "
"Personne a l'accueil charmante
"We like everything about this beautiful place! Pool is great! Breakfast is great. Plenty sitting areas outside for relaxation by the horses or under beautiful trees by the terrace. Staff is great, we love that it is a family running the business. Very nice people. This was our second time there and we will go back for sure."
