"The location is very convenient. Like that they have multiple bars (pool, outside deck, inside restaurant), a restaurant, coffee shop, beach front, and by the "strip." Staff was very friendly. However, hotel needs a lot of upgrading. Only 1 elevator workers for our entire trip except the last day; our rooms had severe condensation on the walls and floors to where they needed to be mopped. Unfortunately, no one was available to bring a mop until 9:30am so we had to use towels and clean it up...

Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of food to choose from. I particularly loved the coffee that was available 24 hours a day! Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!"

"We arrived at 3:30 for check-in and were advised they were very busy from prior day and no rooms were available and they would call us when our room was ready. It was after 6:00PM and I approached check-in desk to ask if we were being walked or did they have room for us.....Only then did they produce a room key. There was no call back or follow up.
