"Fabulous location, but be aware of a lot of noise from traffic passing the hotel.
Sea view rooms have zero privacy on the balcony.
Breakfast was mediocre. Tried one cooked breakfast and avoided it thereafter.
Had one evening meal, which was dire.
Just bear in mind the last two comments were our personal opinion.

Hotel is brillantly located in a quiet street just off the high street in St Peter Port. so it close to all the ammenities you need such as ferry port, shops and restaurants. The only issue, we had was that the first room they put us in was on the ground floor room. The bathroom of this room is adjacent to the street, therefore my wife did not feel safe using the bathroom. We talked to the staff and in fairness they moved us to a room on the top floor which was more...
"Positives. Spacious room. Very clean. Great sea view. Helpful and friendly staff. Well located for St Helier and beyond. Large car park. Could improve. Shower water pressure weak. Access to and from the car park onto the coast road awkward and poorly signposted. Just be mindful that the function room can be noisy over the weekend late into the evening and noise travels!!"

"Its position and outlook, directly out to the sea, was excellent as was the attention of the staff. My single room was a little bit small, but adequate for my needs, however, the lack of a bedside table was inconvenient, there was too few coat hangers in the small wardrobe and there was no heating in the ensuite bathroom, because the towel rack only operated when the heating was on, not ideal. But, the manager did arrange a for a separate heater to be left in my room which was fine. I feel...

"Hotel was immaculately clean, staff were super friendly, delicious breakfast and a good choice of evening meals. Lovely gardens, with a brilliant swimming pool and hot tub.
Films and entertainment in the evenings. Although out of town, the courtesy bus and public buses were close and frequent. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at The Imperial Hotel. The hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the sea, The staff are very friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent with very large portions, a little too big for us. There is also a nice little bar for afternoon and evening drinks.
The hotel could do with some updating and although I'd say it was generally clean, I don't think a vacuum had been used in our room the whole week."
