"The hotel was beautiful and so was the grounds. Terrace was a nice feature in the room. After walking around Madrid, the tub was a nice feature. Comfortable beds, helpful staff. Bus stops are easily accessible from hotel."
"Para el prexio que oague estuco muy bueno. La localizacion, la terraza con vista al Acueducto, el desayuno en la manana por solo $10.00 y el personal muy atento.
Mucha de la decoración no es moderna pero es algo que es consono con el lugar medieval. Me quedaria otra vez si volviera a Segovia."
"The hotel is bad need for a makeover. Furniture was right out of the 60's budget store. There was only one electrical outlet and it was at the entrance to the room at floor level. Bed was overly firm. To be fair the washroom looked to be renovated and was good and clean the main entrance facade was modern and inviting but as soon as you entered the lobby you realize that it was downhill from there. Way overpriced for what you get."

"A nice small hotel in a beautiful, quiet, historic location. Parking was free on the street, and we were within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and local attractions. The town is an easy 10 minute drive to Segovia, which is a must-see if you're in the area."
"The breakfast area and the food were great. Some items ran out early and were not replenished. The one thing I did not like is that I had to pick up an ironing board and an iron from the front desk. And then return it myself, when done."
"Experiencia horrible. Tuve que salir al día siguiente aún teniendo reserva para 2 días. Peleas, gritos y portazos de huéspedes toda la noche. Aparte, aislamiento acústico ZERO se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones adyacentes. Imposible descansar."
"Breakfast was included with the reservation. This small hotel is located near the Roman aqueduct. The alcazar is located farther away but still can walk to this medieval castle. Take advantage of free tours offered by Civitatis. Segovia is worth visiting. The views from the top of the aqueduct are spectacular."
"Very clean and well equipped. Very good shower in bathroom. Aircon downstairs very good but could do with more chippings upstairs as the weather was very hot. Owner was very helpful with directions and also with suggestions for watching the total eclipse. The fourth key dies not got the door to the garden. Future travellers should be careful about getting locked outside. Overall very good place to stay. The village is nice and well situated for Madrid, Segovia, Sepulveda and Avilla."
