"Enjoyed the hotel to the max. The staff were super helpful and great. The space was comfy and clean. I also enjoyed fresh grapes right from my balcony."
"Excellent hôtel, perfectly located in town. Great breakfast and wonderful view on the valley. Staff were very attentive to our needs. Few parking spaces available so reserve in advance. Room was great but not exceptional."
"This place is beautiful and unique. My husband and I came for my husband's birthday to enjoy the area and the famous Saturnia Springs. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. They guided us through everything we could do in the area and helped us park in Terme di Saturnia, even giving us a discount on the spa. The hotel is a gorgeous, well-maintained building surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The views here are breathtaking. They include a delicious breakfast, and everything is made at home...
"Unfortunately, our third night at this hotel completely changed our experience for the worse.
We were staying in Room 16, and the guests in the room next door, Room 14, were talking extremely loudly, laughing, and shouting continuously until around 4:00 AM. The noise made it practically impossible for us to sleep.
We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours number 4–5 times during the night, hoping someone could intervene, but nobody answered. This was extremely frustrating. If an after-hours...
"Qualità prezzo ottima. Camera pulita nonostante la struttura abbia qualche anno alle spalle. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ( ci hanno dato due doppie al posto di una quadrupla per non dover dormire in un letto a castello). Colazione abbondante e varia (il pecorino e salame disponibile a colazione TOP!)"
"We had a very relaxing week-end there, enjoying the pool and the stunning views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. The restaurant is a stand out! We dined under the trees and loved the menu which is interesting, both traditional and creative…well executed and presented. The staff was attentive and professional. All for a very fair price! Would gladly go back! PS: awesome friendly cats around the property…for cat lovers!"
"It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with air-con/electric shutters.
The staff are always happy to talk to you, and they are very helpful with recommendations on places to visit/ restaurants etc.
Parking is easy and safe right outside of the hotel on the street.
The breakfast has a plenty of choice, also homemade cakes, very nice.
We can't recommend enough for this hotel!"
