"Clean room
Extra storage cabinets around the bed and bathroom make the room really small and cluttered. Sometimes unsafe due to being too close to the bed"
"The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The warm hospitality made our stay especially memorable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pontresina.
The most exceptional experience we had was we forgot an important bag with meaningful and irreplaceable items. House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the...
"We had a short and lovely stay here. The view from our room is absolutely stunning, and the room was clean, newly renovated, with pleasant shower amenities. It was incredibly fun experiencing their vintage lift, but our best experience with Soldanella by far is with the front desk receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful and offered us fruits for the following morning since we will be missing our breakfast due to an early check out. "Great Italian alpine hotel withing walking distance to AMAZING skiing. Nice buffet breakfast included in the morning, and the bar and dinner are a great way to unwind after an amazing day of skiing. I was there for the olyimpic downhill race and it was conveniently close to Bormio. Lauren was working the bar and front desk and did a fabulous job. Stayed an extra night, and intend to return! Thank you so much for your hospitality. "
"Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre. Genial para hacer excursiones de montaña, esquí o subir al bernina express como hicimos nosotros. Por supuesto que volveremos! 😊😊"
