"It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!"

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, great location yet quiet on an upper floor. Heater worked fine, everything fine in room except the shower could not maintain hot water for more than 15-20 seconds at a time, so showers were a bit of a struggle cycling through hot water then suffering cold water and waiting for hot water again. I took 8 showers so time of day did not seem to matter. Shower had a door though so that was good. Reception not on ground level but I liked not having 2...

"This is a budget hotel. The rooms are very small. The bathroom is about what you would find in a caravan with a step up into the cubicle. Very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the airport"

"Bed was firm & comfortable. Only stayed 1 night to go to Luna Dark. Everything within walking distance."

"Every thing was very good. Staff member was excellent"

"I suppose you pay for what you get. The location was amazing, in the middle of Melbourne and convenient to everything. The staff were very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. The building, reception, entrance and room very old and tired. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. But. Windows broken, picture glass broken, so much dust on EVERYTHING, you could stuff 100s of soft toys. If you are looking for a great location this is it. But it is cheap and nasty"

"Staff were excellent on check-in and kindly gave me an upgrade from a single bed room to a double, which was mmuch appreciated. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Thank you!"

"I was in room 319, room was pretty small but it had everything I needed. A few problems though, one was the air conditioning. Another one was the walls are pretty thin, you could hear your neighbours like they were in the room with you. On Saturday night there is a night club close to the hotel and I literally felt like I was in the club myself. It was very very loud and very hard to get some sleep. Other...

"We only did a pop in stay however, staff were so helpful and amazing to deal with, the room was a great size and very clean. I did think the lighting was a bit on the darker side but definitely not a bad thing. We did get breakfast with our stay, great food options and what we ate tasted amazing. All in all, would definitely stay again"
