"AVOID AWFUL HOTEL."

"The spa facilities would be fantastic however my experience was cut short due to the workers doing maintenance on the outdoor hot tub during my pre paid time which meant there were about 16 of us at one point sat in a bath as there was nothing else to do, room was dirty and mould on ceiling, staff said couldn’t help as hotel was full, offered to run up with a cloth but this was poor, restaurant staff all inexperienced and lacking manners, failed to bring drinks order until 40 mins in and had to...

"Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales"

"Lovely hotel well positioned, but unfortunately the food from the menu let it down my husband had the chicken and pasta completely tasteless, wife had the slither of salmon she said it was okay, her sister and husband said the chips where cold sent them back redone and bought back out Breakfast was okay could have been hotter"

"We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in"

"The room was terrible with a smashed bathroom basin, so I asked for another room. The 2nd room had a smelly damp, mouldy bathroom. There were no common areas. The bar/restaurant areas were kept closed/locked. Reception staff were not at the hotel full time. Only sporadically during the day."

"Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!"

"The hotel looks great from the outside, but inside it has a stale smell. Our room"

"I travelled with my 2 year old daughter. The bedding was absolutely filthy. Hairs, stains of unknown bodily fluids, some looked very much like blood. I’m not entirely sure they had actually been changed after the last occupants of the room left as it didn’t smell great. The bedding was changed after I asked. The rooms are In serious need of renovation. Very outdated, damaged, worn, unpleasant to be in and had a musty old smell to them. Carpet damage in places. Bedside lamp had old blood on....

"A really incredible breakfast spread and free parking close to the centre of the village. We had a spacious room but as a light sleeper, next time I would ask for a room at the back, as there was a lot of traffic pre-5am."

"A warm welcome from our host, who was ready to share his local knowledge. We would stay again."

"It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. I had the best sleep I've had for a while. The staff were helpful & friendly & gave us good tips about the local area. Also, just...

"Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Ideally located within 5 minutes walk of the village centre, and with brilliant walks straight from the door."
