"The room door lock didn't work properly. I had to slam the door hard many times just to get it latch, which felt unsafe. The room itself was dirty with stained sofa, window treatments and towels, and there's plastic sheeting taped over the window with dirts. Those bottles of water cost less than one dollar and the staff member insisted for me to provide Hilton membership number, which i did not have at hand. "There was supposed to be a free shuttle from the airport, I messaged the hotel with flight info in advance, no shuttle so I called the hotel, no answer, at check in I told the front desk, no sympathy, they cost me an additional $40 for a Lyft and aggravation"

The front desk staff was helpful when I asked how many towels in the room. I booked one of the rooms for 4 people. He gave me extra towels. It would be helpful to double check how many people in a room was booked and allocate the correct number of towels without me asking it. Not a lot to comment for 1 night stay. Thanks. "

"For the $500/night rate I’m paying, the cleanliness of the room is not up to par. I can tell they tried to wiped the bathroom mirrors but there are obvious marks of the wipes. There are crumbs left on the couch and floors. Also, the floor of the bath area shows some darker spots and also I can feel my shoes sticking to the kitchen floors. But the staff are extremely nice. And the free breakfast tastes okay. A plus due to the area being so remote and really not much choice around it."
