"This is a lovely property with all the amenities I have come to love at Drury. Unfortunately, the clientele made for a less than desireable environment. This is in no way the fault of the staff, but out-of control children who purposefully stick their arms in elevator doors to keep me from going up, and leaving the business center looking like an actual popcorn fight took place, is just disgusting. "

"We had RAT POOP in the pull out bed and under it. Beds had dirt in them. Old toilet paper was on the floor and sticking to my sons feet. So gross. Very "

"Great family hotel that offers a decent breakfast and evening snacks, that are pretry much dinner. They even give you a few adult beverages if wanted each evening. "

"Bed was very comfortable but we had no hot water for showers at bedtime and we heard many sirens during the night. "
