"Great Italian alpine hotel withing walking distance to AMAZING skiing. Nice buffet breakfast included in the morning, and the bar and dinner are a great way to unwind after an amazing day of skiing. I was there for the olyimpic downhill race and it was conveniently close to Bormio. Lauren was working the bar and front desk and did a fabulous job. Stayed an extra night, and intend to return! Thank you so much for your hospitality. "
"Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre. Genial para hacer excursiones de montaña, esquí o subir al bernina express como hicimos nosotros. Por supuesto que volveremos! 😊😊"
"Great bathroom, very clean room. Could use some painting and maintenance on the walls of the room.
Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."
"Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets).
No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar.
Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros.
Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good.
Local specialities, as well as pizza.
The hotel is a little dated.
Basic 3-star hotel. Good location."

Par contre pour déposer ses bagages,il faut savoir que la rue pavée est à sens unique et il n'y a pas d'aire de stationnement provisoire devant l'hôtel.D'autre part nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous dise qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur alors qu'il existe."

"This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming.
We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . Accidents happen and this error...
