"This is a great park for families. The room's amenities were great, and the activities kept the kids entertained without leaving the park."

"The check-in procedure was excellent, with the key being held in a secure 'hole in the wall' that was released when a credit card was swiped for the $100 refundable deposit. The lady I spoke to about my booking was very polite, accommodating in her phone manner and was very helpful. I initially stayed 2 nights, but after I checked out I decided to stay one more night. I rang reception and was told the room I had the previous 2 nights would be held for me. I was disappointed that the only 'servicing' of the room was that fresh towels were provided; the bins were still full, a used coffee cup was still on a bench and no cleaning had been done. My main negative observation was how dated the room was. The carpet was worn and the bathroom was badly in need of updating. On the positive side, the room was quiet and peaceful, the shower was excellent, with heaps of water pressure and it was easy to stream YouTube to the TV. The tariff was very reasonable and the quality of the room was inline with my expectations for the cost. "

"The bedroom ceiling light is not working, Motel owner did not check it before we arrive and could not fix it. Refused to change a room for us and told me i can leave if not happy with it. His attitude was disrespectful. He later gave us bedside side lamp and next day said can't fix the issue as electrician doesn't work on Sunday. The toaster was dirty, drink cup was not clean, bed sheet had marks and stain on it. "

"The bedding was NOT Clean there was blood on the bedding and body fluid stains, sheet had a cigarette burn hole to shower didn't work, no cleaning items we ended up sleeping on the floor on our own camping beds it was BAD lots more but to much to write! Can supply photo's"
