" The beach at this hotel is amazing. Large with lots of seating. The hotel is old and outdated. Rooms are small. When we arrived, there were no blankets on our beds, only a sheet. We were able to get blankets from the front desk. The AC unit is extremely loud. Food was okay. Bar ran out of beer every day. Judith is the best hotel employee that we met. "Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value."
