"I loved the place was very nice and the breakfast was delicious"

"The room is extremely old, horrible, the mattresses are all deformed, and there is an UNBEARABLE SMELL of mold. The air conditioner is extremely old, and it was impossible to leave it on in the Boca heat because it sounded like a helicopter taking off inside the room. Breakfast on a Saturday, people on vacation… by 9:20 AM, there is already nothing left because IT ENDS AT 9:30 AM. There are much better hotels for better prices… Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances!"

"Hi"

"It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was friendly"

"So disappointed, when arrived Mr. Kkrish “front desk worker” couldn’t get us the key for our room, we paid for an “express room” but he said that they didn’t have any express room at the moment and gave us the key after almost an hour (it was 4 am, and i drove from orlando 3 hours) for a room that was super disgusting, everything in that room had mold, toilet was disgusting, room was disgusting, walls were wet and dirty, and the bed was dirty and had a smell super bad, A/C and room ventilation...

"Not your typically holiday inn, older property, seems like it used to be something else and was turned into a holiday inn... Much older rooms, cleaning was average, amenities were below average"

"Stayed here to visit my son for FAU family weekend. Very pleasantly surprised with the room compared to others located near a university. Hotel must have been recently renovated and felt like we were the first to stay in the room. Very updated with kitchenette and full size fridge. Bathroom was spotless. We did not eat the breakfast or use any amenities so I cannot speak to those. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again next time we visit."

"Property was older and has charm, grounds are very nice beachfront and magnificent views, very walkable parking is easily accessible and free. Unfortunately, bathroom shower very slow to drain and air conditioning unit was only in the living area and did not circulate cool air into the bedroom, which was very hot and too uncomfortable for me to be able to sleep in the bed, there was a ceiling fan but didn’t help much moving cool air around."
