"This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. "

"Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. "Overall the hotel is a good one. Rooms are nice and spacious - which is the best part of this hotel especially if you are in for an extended stay. The room felt spacious even after we brought in our big bags as there is ample storage space for bags. Cleanliness and customer service is average. Some rooms don't have a wall separating the rooms in the entry area. The gap is filled with a large closet. As a result there is not enough sound barrier and normal conversations can tend to disturb people in the other room and vice versa. I feel this should be addressed by the hotel but have not seen any traction on this in the last 2 years I stayed here."
