"Nice location set on a rugged isolated spot of the Scottish coastline. Nice views, friendly & helpful staff with an exceptionally fine dining experience in the evening. Breakfast was good value too."

"Room 1 should be advertised/used as a single room as too small for 2 people. It wasn't value for money! No chair to put anything & limited storage. The bathroom needs some hooks or a rail for towels. It was clean. All food we had was very good. All staff were helpful, friendly & polite. We will go again but request anything but Room 1!"

"This a very nice inn in a quaint Scottish village just outside Stanraer. I can be tricky to get to it if you don’t have a car. Call for a taxi in advance. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. The people in the area are great."
