"Very friendly and helpful staff. They even prepared us a to-go breakfast since we left early in the morning. Good breakfast, clean and centric place."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Tierra Viva Puno hotel. The location was great a few blocks away from the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful..The bed mattress was very good and all the linens were clean"
"Comfy beds and good restaurant with room service available. No free water or tea apart from at breakfast but they did pack us a breakfast box when we had an early start. "
"Beautiful location. The rooms were clean. They were very attentive to our needs. Prepared breakfast and dinner for us. A great tour of the Uros islands was also included. If anyone is visiting during the Peru winter season i would just recommend layering up. They do provide a lot of blankets but you can never have too many. An unforgettable experience seeing the stars out on this lake. 10/10"

Moment hors du temps."
"When checking-in, staff was helpful.
No problem till checking out. They called taxi for us from hotel to the airport, upon request at agreed price. After the taxi drove out for about 7 minutes. Driver got call. And drove back to the hotel. The attendant checked us out came to the taxi we were in. And said our US dollar bills was too old to be accepted. After another checking he said it is fine. They he asked us to pay the taxi driver extra 10 SOL. We refused. We request for other taxi . Then...
"The hotel was a good location and staff was lovely.
Main issue, we were given an indoor window room . So there was no air circulation and you could hear everything going on in the hotel. Breakfast was noisy.
