"Buongiorno volevo segnalarvi che la prenotazione effettuata dal vostro sito non è andata a buon fine, nel senso che avevamo ricevuto una risposta dell'hotel via mail che ci diceva di non avere disponibilità ma che allo stesso prezzo ci avrebbero dato due stanze all'Hotel Cristal. Abbiamo detto che per noi andava bene ma quando siamo arrivati ad Asmara non c'era nessuna camera a nostro nome ne al Sunshine, alla reception dell'albergo ci hanno detto che loro non sono on line da 2 anni, e lo stesso...
